TURN-AROUND TIME: Standard turn-around time is 7 to 10 days. If you need items quicker (birthdays, gifts, photos), please ask as I can often rush them to meet your deadline. During the end-of-the year Holiday Season (October thru December), turn-around time is understandably longer. I will post our Holiday Calendar early in the season to help make sure you get your items on time.
SHIPPING: I am located in the Shoals Area of Northwest Alabama and offer free pick-up and delivery locally. If you're outside my area, I will be happy to ship items to you using USPS or UPS. The cost is usually between $5 - $7.
PAYMENT: I accept cash, checks or PayPal. Full payment is due upon receipt or shipment of your items.
